After the positive response to their performance of React on X Factor, it seemed that 2020 was the year that Pussycat Dolls were ready to make their long overdue comeback. However, now that Covid 19 has reared it’s ugly head on the world, their plans have changed.

The quintet – Nicole, Carmit, Ashley, Jessica, and Kimberly took to social media to announce that they have postponed their comeback arena tour due to the Coronavirus outbreak. Check out their joint statement below…

“Following the latest government advice we are very sad to announce that we are postponing our upcoming UK and Ireland tour. We’re heartbroken that we will not be able to perform next month, but the safety and health of our fans is of course our No.1 priority. We look forward to seeing you all at the rescheduled dates in October. In the meantime please stay safe and look after yourselves. 💖”

I see there’s only overseas dates, but I’m curious if PDC were ever planning to perform in the US? It may not seem like it, but they do have fans in America. I’m not sure in this climate that they can sell out arena’s like they would overseas, since American’s don’t really commit to artists like music fans do overseas, but if they came to America I would buy a ticket. I’m also curious when will they release a collection of new music? I’ll keep my ear to the streets once that tea becomes available.
