GAY PORN STAR ARMOND RIZZO EXPOSES STUDIO FOR PAYING TOPS MORE THAN BOTTOMS

Gay porn star Armond Rizzo is calling out studio Blacks on Boys, a site that produces interracial content over pay inequality. His bitch – the fact that tops are being paid more than bottoms.

“This has never happened to me but there’s a studio who is interested in me and what I found out about them is mind blowing,” Rizzo tweeted on January 25. “They pay bottoms way less than tops [and their] excuse [is] the site is more top dominant. I don’t give a f*ck, who are you to say that a bottom is worth less?”

Rizzo, who recently won the 2020 GayVN award for “Social Media Star,” then recorded a 25-minute broadcast to talk about the subject. He as went on to say, “If [you’re] wondering what site I am talking about, it’s @BlacksOnBoys. Such a shame… lost my respect.”

“What do tops do in the morning before a shoot? Show up on set on their phones and fill out paperwork. When it’s time for shooting, they get TriMix and inject your penis. Instant hard-on… Now let’s move on for a bottom. A bottom has to wake up early in the morning, douche out, shower, get ready, check again, walk around, douche out again (just to triple check). Oh, you’re only allowed to eat an apple, a carrot or something light to eat that your body’s not gonna process to eat.”

“I’m not asking to be paid more. But I’m asking to be respected and paid equally. Cause guess what? Without a bottom, there’s no scene. Period,” he explained.

Of course Armond’s tweet started a debate online among my Facebook followers who agreed with Armond that bottoms, who starve themselves and have to stay clean all day should be paid more, especially since you’re spending hours taking big dicks. Armond even got into a debate with porn star RIcky Larkin and Str8UpGayPorn, who accused him of transphobia

Oh, and in case you were wondering, CNBC reported in 2016 that male porn performers “average $500-$600 per scene or day” with better-known stars earning up to $900 and “superstars” up to $1,500.

While the industry is filled with a plethora of problems, I consulted with a few friends of mine who are porn-formers, and some took issue with how people seem to think that all tops have to do is lay there while the bottom does all the work. This is simply not true.

According to a friend of mine, tops can’t cum 48 hours before a shoot, you have the pressure of always being on when in front of a camera, and you also have to maintain an erection throughout the shoot, which takes hours. Also, tops have to stop at times for the bottom to take a break or clean out, should there be an accident on set (and believe me you, accidents do happen).

Now I do agree with him that porn stars should get equal pay when performing, and porn stars should be paid based on popularity, but if studios are pushing a certain fetish that doesn’t fit well with your financial standards, then don’t work for them. But quiet as it’s kept, Armond, like many mainstream porn stars of color have benefited from and enabled racism and colorism in the industry, via the types of films he has chosen to participate in. Now that he’s won all these awards, I think it’s great that he’s using his platform to speak out, but it just sounds like the boy that cried wolf.

Besides, Armond should just focus on creating his own content via Onlyfans or JustForFans, instead of dealing with the political bullshit of the porn industry, and shitty studios.
